5 med zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick or yellow squash
1 1/3 cups (2.8 oz.) FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions White Cheddar or FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
2/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 Tbsp. Melted butter
BOIL zucchini for 5 min. until just tender. Drain well.
HEAT Crispy Fried Onions on a microwave-safe plate in microwave for 45 seconds.
MIX Crispy Fried Onions, cheese and nutmeg in plastic bag. Crush onions with hands or rolling pin.
LAYER 1/3 of the zucchini with 1/3 of the onion mixture in serving bowl. Drizzle with 1/3 of the butter. Repeat layers twice.
