INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 HEAT oven to 400°F. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté zucchini, squash and onion for 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  • 2 STIR in marinara sauce, beans, basil and mustard. Bring to a boil. Spoon into shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  • 3 SPRINKLE crushed Crispy Fried Onions over vegetables. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through and vegetables are tender. Serve warm.
