1 cup balsamic dressing or Italian dressing
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® or FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 lbs. top round steak, season to taste with salt and pepper or flank or sirloin steak
MIX salad dressing, mustard and garlic. Pour 1 cup mixture over meat.
MARINATE meat in refrigerator 30 min. or up to 3 hours.
GRILL meat on greased rack over medium-high heat for 15 min. or until desired doneness. Drizzle steak with remaining mustard mixture.
Tip: For even more robust flavor, substitute FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard. Steak may also be broiled.
