1 cup reduced-fat vinaigrette salad dressing
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 lbs. boneless top round steak or sirloin steak
8 cups cut-up assorted lettuce leaves
1 slice bell pepper
COMBINE salad dressing, mustard and onion. Reserve 1 cup for dressing.
GRILL or broil steak 15 minutes for medium-rare, basting with remaining dressing mixture.
SLICE steak and serve over lettuce with bell pepper. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
