4 (1/2 inch) thick boneless pork chop
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 green or red apple, cut into small chunks
HEAT a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops about 5 min. per side until browned and cooked through. Remove to plate; keep warm.
STIR apple juice, mustard and sugar into skillet. Boil about 5 min. until slightly thickened.
ADD pork and apples to skillet. Heat through.
Tip: Substitute boneless chicken breast halves for the chops.
