I made this tonite and it turned out to be DELICIOUS ! But I used an older recipe, that calls for 1 cup beef broth instead of the apple juice and 1/4 c. of cider vinegar and doesn't include the mustard . I used 2 red delicious apples. It also said to season and flour the chops and fry in 1 T. of oil.I love this recipe, will be a regular in my kitchen.
