ZESTY GLAZED PORK CHOPS & APPLES

Ingredients:

4 (1/2 inch thick) boneless pork chops

1/2 cup apple juice

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 green or red apple, cut into small chunks

Directions:

HEAT a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops about 5 min. per side until browned and cooked through. Remove to plate; keep warm.

STIR apple juice, mustard and sugar into skillet. Boil about 5 min. until slightly thickened.

ADD pork and apples to skillet. Heat through.

Tips from French's

Tip: Substitute boneless chicken breast halves for the chops.

" I made this tonite and it turned out to be DELICIOUS ! But I used an older recipe, that calls for 1 cup beef broth instead of the apple juice and 1/4 c. of cider vinegar and doesn't include the mustard . I used 2 red delicious apples. It also said to season and flour the chops and fry in 1 T. of oil.I love this recipe, will be a regular in my kitchen. "

" i love this recipe it is a great one it is easy and simple. On a plus side the kids love it with the apples and it is a great recipe for the whole family i also substituted the spicy brown mustard and used regular mustard it works great "
