WILD RICE SALAD

Ingredients:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. white and wild rice mix

1 large bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup each minced fresh parsley and basil leaves

2 tbsp. minced red onion

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1/2 cup prepared vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions:

PREPARE rice according to package directions. Rinse under cold water; drain well.

TOSS rice, bell pepper, herbs and onion in large bowl.

MIX mustard and salad dressing. Pour over rice and vegetables; toss to coat. Cover and chill 30 min.

Tips from French's

Tip: For a main-dish salad, add leftover cooked chicken, turkey or shrimp.
