1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard, divided
1 tsp. Honey
1 tsp. roasted garlic or 1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh minced sage
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 whole grain hamburger buns
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices tomato
COMBINE mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon mustard, honey, garlic and sage; set aside.
MIX ground turkey and remaining mustard and shape into 4 burgers.
GRILL burgers over medium-high heat about 12 minutes turning once until no longer pink in center (160°F internal temperature). Top each burger with cheese slice and grill until melted.
SERVE burgers on buns, top with lettuce, tomato, and mustard mixture.
