Thanksgiving Stuffed Peppers

3 cups cooked turkey or chicken
1 cup prepared stuffing
1 cup prepared mashed potatoes
1 cup corn, or other vegetable
1 cup turkey gravy
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions, plus additional for garnish
4 small green or red bell peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
1 cup cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. water


PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Combine turkey, stuffing, potatoes, corn, gravy, cheese and FRENCH'S® Crispy Onions.
ARRANGE pepper halves in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Evenly fill peppers with turkey mixture. Cover and bake 35 minutes or until peppers are tender.
HEAT cranberry sauce and water.
DRIZZLE cranberry sauce over peppers and top with additional Crispy Onions.


Turkey mixture can be layered over mashed potatoes and baked or heated and served in flour tortillas.
