1 boneless sirloin steak, about 1-inch thick (1 1/2 lbs.)
3/4 cup light teriyaki sauce, divided
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small red or green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
Brush each side of steak with 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce. Heat oil in grill pan or heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove steak; keep warm.
Add mushrooms and peppers to pan; cook until peppers are crisp-tender. Stir in remaining teriyaki sauce and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions; heat through.
Serve sauce over steak. Sprinkle with remaining onions.
