Love this recipe! It is a great go to our whole family loves and it's not the same everyday blah chicken dinner!

I was waiting for the chicken to cook thinking of the photo of the finished product. After 25 minutes I took it out of the oven and YUCK - chicken was not cooked through and had a light yellow coating - not a glaze. Put it back in oven for another 35 minutes - looked to be cooked although meat thermometer only read 140 degrees, not 160. Coating had melted off - no glaze. What went wrong here????? The two pieces of chicken were regular thickness - maybe I should have used thinner pieces. Maybe I'll try the alternate cooking method to fry and simmer coating to a glaze. Signed "really bummed out"

Recipe was good, but not great. I browned the chicken the second time around and I think made it worlds better. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper and brown in a skillet with just a little olive oil. Then place in your baking dish and top with sauce. Bake until done (we really cooked this more like 30-40 minutes in the oven). If you don't brown the chicken first, I woudl make double the sauce, you're going to need something to add some extra flavor.

We like chicken, which is healthy for us. Ranch dressing is also a favorite, but the mustard will give it a little zip. The recipe seems quick and easy--4 ingredients and 20 minutes. I will probably try it with low cal ranch.

For one thing, it sounds (and looks) very appealing-yummy! (and I don't have an empty stomach!) The special combination of the key flavors that enhance this delectible dish are certain to break the boredom of the 'oh so many' bland flavor enhancers and redundant recipes that are already available. These unique flavors are sure to make the chicken a hit every time!
