1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt or mayonnaise
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 apple, , chopped
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
3 Tbsp. minced red onion
COMBINE mustard and yogurt in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
COVER and chill until ready to serve.
Tip: For a creamy low-fat salad dressing, combine 1/2 cup each FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard and plain nonfat yogurt. Serve over salad greens or as a dip with fruit.
