3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Extra Tenderizing™ Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Oregano leaves, crushed
1 Salt and fresh ground black pepper
4 each T- Bone Steaks, 10-12 oz. each
Combine ingredients for marinade. Pour over steaks in a resealable container, turning to coat. Cover; marinate under refrigeration 3 hours to a maximum of overnight.
Prepare grill or saute pan and heat over high heat till very hot and smoking.
Grill steaks in oiled pan or grill for 4-5 minutes, flip and continue to grill on opposite side till desired doneness.
Let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Serve with rosemary oven roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables of your choosing.
