1/4 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp. McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
1 bone-in spiral-cut ham , about 10 pounds
PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Stir in Mustard, sugar, honey and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
PLACE the ham on its side in roasting pan. Brush 1/2 of the glaze mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach middle of ham. Cover loosely with foil.
BAKE 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Remove foil. Brush with remaining glaze mixture. Bake 45 minutes longer. Serve ham with pan drippings.
