SWEET & TANGY GRILLED PORK CHOPS
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® or Honey Mustard
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
6 (1/2-in. thick) pork chops, seasoned to taste with salt and pepper
MIX mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, garlic and thyme. Pour 2/3 cup mixture over pork.
MARINATE chops in refrigerator 30 min. or up to 3 hours.
GRILL* pork on greased rack over medium heat for 15 to 20 min. or until cooked through. Serve remaining mustard mixture with chops.

Tip: Chops may be broiled, or bake at 350°F about 20 min. until done.

WE LIKE PORK CHOPS AND THE SWEET TASTE OF THE BROWN SUGAR MIXED WITH THE MUSTARD GIVES IT A TANGY TASTE. AN EXCELLENT RECIPE.

My family loves pork chops and this is a delicious way to prepare them for something out of the ordinary. It's fast and easy and we just add some steamed veggies and we're done.

my family would love this recipe because it has no breading, it is made with wholesome ingredients, and it is simple to prepare. Also we all believe nothing can beat the taste of mustard with pork.

My family will love this recipe because we love your French's Classic Yellow Mustard and we love pork. Sometimes though, Pork can taste a bit dry and flat. I'm sure French's Mustard will give it that zip it needs to make it extraordinarily delicious! We love French's on everything! Keep up the good work!
