8 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups half 'n half
1 tsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Sweet
1 tsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Spicy
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
PLACE butter into medium saucepan over medium heat. When melted whisk in flour, salt and pepper until thick and bubbly.
SLOWLY whisk in half and half, cooking until thickened. Whisk in mustards and chicken broth until smooth.
SAUCE thickens as it simmers. As needed, stir in additional chicken broth to loosen sauce.
