SUPER JUICY PORK CHOPS
Ingredients:
6 pork loin chops, typical thickness of 3/4
6 tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
6 tsp. McCormick® Grill Mates® Sweet & Smoky Rub, or rub of your choice
Directions:
PREHEAT grill to medium heat.
COAT both sides with mustard.
SPRINKLE rub evenly on both sides to your taste.
GRILL or BROIL over medium heat for 20 minutes till juices run clear or 160°F internal temperature.
