STEAK WITH ZESTY MUSTARD SAUCE
2 (1 inch thick) boneless beef loin steaks, cut in half crosswise
2/3 cup fat free half 'n' half
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 cup reduced sodium beef broth
2 tbsp. minced chives (optional)
SEASON steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
COOK steaks about 10 min. or until desired doneness, turning once. Transfer to warm platter.
STIR remaining ingredients into skillet. Simmer about 5 min. until sauce thickens.
ADD steak and any juices to pan. Heat through. Garnish with chives, if desired.
