4 (6 ounce) boneless loin steaks, cut 1-inch thick and seasoned with salt and pepper
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
2 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
Grill steaks over high heat about 7 min. per side for medium rare or until desired doneness. Transfer to plate; keep warm.
Whisk mustard, brown sugar and vinegar together in small skillet. Simmer 3 to 5 min. until sauce thickens slightly.
Sprinkle crumbled gorgonzola cheese over grilled steak and drizzle each with 2 tbsp. balsamic mustard sauce.
Top each steak with 1/2 cup French Fried Onions. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
