STEAK WITH BALSAMIC MUSTARD SAUCE
4 (6 oz.) boneless loin steaks, cut 1-inch thick, and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
2 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
GRILL steaks over high heat about 7 min. per side for medium rare or until desired doneness. Transfer to plate; keep warm.
WHISK mustard, brown sugar and vinegar together in small skillet. Simmer 3 to 5 min. until sauce thickens slightly.
SPRINKLE crumbled gorgonzola cheese over grilled steak and drizzle each with 2 tbsp. balsamic mustard sauce.
TOP each steak with 1/2 cup French Fried Onions. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
