Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 4 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 12 cups romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Pitted black olives
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 MIX Caesar salad dressing and Frank's RedHot Sauce. Reserve 1 cup mixture for dressing.
  • 2 POUR remaining dressing mixture over chicken in deep dish. Chill, covered, for 1 hour.
  • 3 GRILL chicken 10 to 12 min. until no longer pink in center. Slice chicken.
  • 4 ARRANGE lettuce, tomatoes, olives and Parmesan cheese on 4 dinner plates. Top each plate with sliced chicken and Crispy Fried Onions, dividing evenly. Serve with reserved dressing.
