1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
4 tsp. chili powder
4 boneless pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick (about 2 lbs.)
8 cups fresh baby spinach
2 oranges, cut into sections
1 1/2 cups radishes, cut into matchsticks
1 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
Mix mayonnaise, juice and peel; reserve. Rub chili powder onto both sides of pork.
Grill pork over medium-high heat until no longer pink in center; cut into cubes.
Arrange spinach, oranges, radishes and pork on serving plates.
Serve with dressing and top with French Fried Onions.
