SOUTHWEST GRILLED PORK SALAD
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
4 tsp. chili powder
4 boneless, pork chops
8 cups baby spinach leaves
2 oranges, cut into sections
1 1/2 cups radishes, cut into matchsticks
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
MIX mayonnaise, juice and peel; reserve. Rub chili powder onto both sides of pork.
GRILL pork over medium-high heat until no longer pink in center; cut into cubes.
ARRANGE spinach, oranges, radishes and pork on serving plates.
SERVE with dressing and top with French Fried Onions.
