SOUTHWEST CORN & PEPPER COMBO
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen peppers and onions for stir-fry, thawed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can CAMPBELL'S® Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/3 cup milk
1 1/3 cups (2.8 oz.) FRENCH'S® Cheddar or Original French Fried Onions
2/3 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Directions:
COMBINE stir-fry mixture, corn, soup and milk in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture is hot and vegetables are tender.
STIR in 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and 1/3 cup cheese. Heat until cheese melts.
TOP with remaining cheese and onions just before serving.
