1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. diced canned green chilies
1 1/2 tsp. Southwest seasoning
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
6 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
6 slices pepper-jack cheese
1 1/2 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
6 medium onion rolls, split and toasted
6 each lettuce leaves and red onion slices
Combine mustard, mayonnaise, green chilies, seasoning blend and cilantro in bowl and stir to blend; set aside.
Grill chicken 10 min. or until no longer pink in center.
Place 1 lettuce leaf, 1 red onion slice, 1 piece chicken and 1 slice cheese on bottom half of roll. Top with 2 tbsp. green chile mustard sauce and 1/4 cup French Fried Onions. Cover with top half of roll. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
