6 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 cups Shredded jack cheese
2 Tbsp. minced cilantro (optional)
Heat 1 tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet. Cook chicken 10 min. until browned, turning once.
Mix remaining ingredients except cheese in measuring cup. Add to skillet and simmer 5 min. until chicken is no longer pink in center and sauce thickens slightly. Stir in cheese and cilantro, stirring until cheese melts.
Garnish with diced tomatoes or salsa, if desired.
