2 large carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large sweet onion, chopped
2 cups lentils
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
8 cups vegetable broth
3 tsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
COMBINE carrots, celery, onion, garlic, cumin, and salt in slow cooker. Stir in lentils, Mustard and broth.
COVER and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or High 4 to 5 hours or until lentils are tender.
SERVE in bowls and top with FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions.
