3 lbs. meaty chicken parts, skinned if desired
2 cups chicken broth
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 large green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 (8 ounce ) package Spanish-style yellow rice mix
2 cups (4 oz.) FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
COAT a slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray. Place chicken into bottom of slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients except for 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Stir.
COVER and cook on HIGH* setting for 3 hours until chicken is fork-tender, rice is cooked and all liquid is absorbed.
SERVE chicken and rice on platter and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions.
*Or LOW setting for 6 hours.
