3 lb boneless pork shoulder roast , trimmed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
2/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
2/3 cup FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup
2/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. McCormick® Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. McCormick® Smoked Paprika
2 tsp. McCormick® Onion Powder
SPRINKLE pork evenly with salt and pepper. Place pork in slow cooker. Mix Ketchup, Mustard, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika and onion powder in medium bowl. Pour mixture over pork in slow cooker. Cover.
COOK 5 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW. Remove pork from slow cooker.
SHRED pork using 2 forks. Skim excess fat from sauce. Return pork to slow cooker. Mix and heat with sauce before serving. Serve on sandwich rolls and top with French's® Crispy Fried Onions, if desired.
