3 lbs. boneless pork butt or shoulder
salt and pepper to taste
2/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
2/3 cup FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup
2/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
2 tsp. onion powder
FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
SEASON pork with salt and pepper. Arrange pork in slow cooker. Combine mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder and pour over pork.
COVER and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or High 4 to 6 hours or until pork is very tender.
REMOVE pork and shred. Skim fat from sauce. Return pork to slow cooker and heat through. Serve on buns and top with Crispy Fried Onions.
