2 cups baby carrots
1 medium sweet onion, sliced
4 lbs. bone-in chicken pieces
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
ADD carrots and onions to slow cooker. Arrange chicken over vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
COVER and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or High 4 to 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
THICKEN if desired: Remove chicken from slow cooker. Combine 2 tablespoons flour with 1/4 cup water and stir into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes or until thickened.
