SKILLET BEEF & SPAGHETTI PIZZA
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 lb. thin spaghetti, broken into 2-inch lengths
1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
1 1/3 cups (2.8 oz.) FRENCH'S® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
COOK beef and garlic in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring often; drain.
STIR in uncooked spaghetti, sauce and water. Heat to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 15 min. or until spaghetti is cooked, stirring occasionally.
TOP spaghetti mixture with cheese, peppers and French Fried Onions. Cover and let stand 3 min. until cheese is melted. Serve with bread sticks and a small tossed salad, if desired.
