1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup vinaigrette dressing
1 tbsp. ground chili powder
2 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3 med red or green bell peppers, cut into chunks
MIX mustard, Worcestershire, salad dressing and chili powder. Reserve 1/3 cup for basting.
ARRANGE chicken cubes and peppers on metal skewers.
POUR remaining marinade over kabobs in deep dish. Cover and marinate 30 min. or up to 3 hours.
GRILL or broil kabobs over medium high heat about 10 min. or until cooked through, basting with reserved 1/3 cup marinade.
Tip: Substitute boneless pork tenderloin or sirloin steak for the chicken. Add variety with your favorite veggies such as zucchini, mushrooms, and onions.
