SIMPLY BETTER BURGERS
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
MIX beef, Worcestershire and garlic; shape into 4 burgers.
GRILL over medium heat for 15 min. or until cooked through, turning once.
PLACE burgers on rolls. Splash on more Worcestershire to taste. Squeeze on French's mustard, if desired.

Way too much Worcestershire Sauce for 1 lb. of meat! The taste was too over-powering. Also, it had a tad too much garlic. When I make this recipe again, I will use one (no more than two) tablespoons of the sauce. Also, I believe I will decrease the amount of garlic powder to 1/4 tsp. (I used the low-sodium French's Worcestershire Sauce.)
