3 cups water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup yellow grits
3/4 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
BRING water and salt to boiling in large saucepan. Slowly whisk in grits. Cover; reduce heat to low.
COOK 15 to 20 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
MEANWHILE, mix 3/4 cup crushed FRENCH'S Crispy Fried Onions with chopped parsley. Stir 1/2 cup mixture into grits.
SPRINLE top with remaining onion mixture.
