2 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions or Crispy Fried Onions White Cheddar
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 large egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
PLACE Crispy Fried Onions, lemon zest and Italian seasoning in plastic bag. Lightly crush onions with hands or with rolling pin.
DIP chicken into egg; then firmly coat with seasoned onion crumbs. Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
BAKE at 400°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.
