Ingredients:

2 cups FRENCH'S® Original French Fried Onions

1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest

1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1 egg, beaten

1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:

PLACE French Fried Onions, lemon zest and Italian seasoning in plastic bag. Lightly crush onions with hands or with rolling pin.

Dip chicken into egg; then firmly coat with seasoned onion crumbs. Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

BAKE at 400°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.
