4 rib pork chops, 1-inch thick
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard or FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp. thyme leaves
HEAT electric grill pan for 5 min. Coat with vegetable cooking spray. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste.
MIX remaining ingredients. Pour half the glaze into a serving dish. Brush remaining glaze on chops.
COOK chops 5 to 7 min. until no longer pink in center. Serve reserved glaze on the side for dipping.
Tip: If desired, substitute boneless pork chops or chicken breast for the bone-in chops. Conventional BBQ Grill: Prepare recipe as above. Grill chops over medium heat about 7 min. per side until cooked through.
