1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. minced green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1 long French bread , cut crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices
3 cups Herbed Tomato Relish
COMBINE mayonnaise, mustard, onion, garlic and oregano. Spread herbed mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
GRILL bread spread-side up over medium-low heat for 1 minute or until lightly toasted. Spoon Herbed Tomato Relish on croutons.
Tip: Leftover croutons may be served with soups, salads or with dips.
