- 1 1/4 cups apple juice
- 1/4 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 pound turkey cutlets
- 1 med apple

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COMBINE apple juice, mustard and cornstarch; set aside.
- 2 HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet until hot. Cook turkey until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.
- 3 ADD apple; cook 1 minute. Stir in reserved sauce. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring often, about 2 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve with rice or noodles, if desired.
