INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 COMBINE apple juice, mustard and cornstarch; set aside.
  • 2 HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet until hot. Cook turkey until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.
  • 3 ADD apple; cook 1 minute. Stir in reserved sauce. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring often, about 2 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve with rice or noodles, if desired.
