1 1/4 cups apple juice
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard or FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 lb. turkey cutlets, pounded thin
1 med apple, cored and thinly sliced
COMBINE apple juice, mustard and cornstarch; set aside.
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet until hot. Cook turkey until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.
ADD apple; cook 1 minute. Stir in reserved sauce. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring often, about 2 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve with rice or noodles, if desired.
Tip: Substitute chicken cutlets for the turkey cutlets.
