SAUCY GARDEN PATCH VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can CAMPBELL'S® Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen vegetable combination such as broccoli, corn and red pepper, thawed and drained
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen vegetable combination such as brussel sprouts, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions or FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions
Directions:
Combine soup, sour cream and milk in large bowl. Stir in vegetables, cheese and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Spoon into microwave-safe one quart oblong baking dish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and mixture is heated through; stirring halfway through cooking time.
Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until onions are golden.
Tips from French's
Conventional Directions: Prepare vegetable mixture as above. Bake, covered, in 400°F oven for 45 minutes or until tender and mixture is heated through. Stir; sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, for 1 minute.
