SANTA FE CHICKEN & PASTA
Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) CAMPBELL'S® Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 jar (12 ounces) mild chunky salsa
3/4 cup sour cream
5 cups hot cooked ziti pasta (8 ounces uncooked)
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 package (10 ounces) fully cooked carved chicken breast (2 cups cut-up chicken)
1 cup cubed Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, mix soup, salsa and sour cream. Stir in pasta, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, chicken and cheese; mix well. Spoon into 3-quart casserole.
Cover; bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir.
Sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 3 minutes or until onions are golden.
