ROASTED ASPARAGUS WITH MAPLE MUSTARD DRESSING

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds asparagus, trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

Heat oven to 450°F. Spread asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake 10 minutes until lightly browned and tender-crips.

Combine remaining 2 tablespoons oil, vinegar, Mustard, maple syrup and pepper in bowl.

Drizzle asparagus with dressing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
