Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Maple Dressing

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. asparagus, trimmed
3 Tbsp. Olive oil, divided
1/4 tsp. NoSalt® Salt Alternative plus additional for seasoning asparagus
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

HEAT oven to 450°F. Spread asparagus in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. oil and season lightly with NoSalt. Bake 20 minutes until lightly browned and tender when pierced.
COMBINE 2 tbsp. oil, 1/4 tsp. NoSalt and remaining ingredients in a small jar with tight fitting lid. Shake until blended.
DRIZZLE asparagus with dressing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
