1 1/2 lbs. asparagus, trimmed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and season lightly with salt. Bake 10 minutes until tender-crisp.
COMBINE remaining tablespoon oil, vinegar, Mustard, maple syrup and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
DRIZZLE asparagus with dressing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
