ROASTED ASPARAGUS WITH BALSAMIC MAPLE DRESSING

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds asparagus, trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1/4 teaspoon NoSalt® Salt Alternative plus additional for seasoning asparagus

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

Heat oven to 450°F. Spread asparagus in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. oil and season lightly with NoSalt. Bake 20 minutes until lightly browned and tender when pierced.

Combine 2 tbsp. oil, 1/4 tsp. NoSalt and remaining ingredients in a small jar with tight fitting lid. Shake until blended.

Drizzle asparagus with dressing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
