Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Sweet
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 cups quinoa
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 WHISK together Mustard, olive oil, vinegar, orange juice, and garlic together until well blended and smooth. Set aside.
  • 2 COMBINE quinoa, arugula, cauliflower, carrot and onion together in large bowl.
  • 3 POUR dressing over and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
