I make this at least once a week and it's AMAZING! My kids love it and they are very picky! The chicken stays so moist and the onions are so good! I add a bit of flour to the crushed onions to help it stick to the chicken and I've even added a bit of shredded cheese to the onions - always a hit!

At first reading of this recipe, I thought it would make the chicken taste too oniony. Well, little did I know - it makes them taste like fried chicken and full of flavor. Very light onion flavor and GREAT tasting chicken! Awesome recipe!
