Pan Seared Tilapia Sandwich with Red Pepper Basil Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper in oil and garlic, drained and minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon minced fresh basil
  • 4 (4 oz.) tilapia fillets
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic and pepper seasoning blend
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 wheat sandwich buns

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 COMBINE mustard, red pepper, mayonnaise, and basil in bowl and stir to blend; set aside.
  • 2 SEASON tilapia fillets with garlic pepper seasoning. Sauté in butter for 2 min. on each side or until fully cooked.
  • 3 LAYER 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of each bun; top each with 1 fish fillet and 2 tbsp. red pepper basil mustard. Close with top half of bun. Serve with additional red pepper basil mustard on the side.
