PAN SEARED TILAPIA SANDWICH WITH RED PEPPER BASIL MUSTARD

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup roasted red pepper in oil and garlic, drained and minced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. minced fresh basil

4 (4 oz.) tilapia fillets

2 tsp. garlic and pepper seasoning blend

2 tbsp. butter

4 wheat sandwich buns

Directions:

COMBINE mustard, red pepper, mayonnaise, and basil in bowl and stir to blend; set aside.

SEASON tilapia fillets with garlic pepper seasoning. Saute in butter for 2 min. on each side or until fully cooked.

LAYER 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of each bun; top each with 1 fish fillet and 2 tbsp. red pepper basil mustard. Close with top half of bun. Serve with additional red pepper basil mustard on the side.
