2 tbsp. flour

4 (1/2 inch thick) bone-in or boneless pork chops

1 egg, beaten

DIP pork chops into beaten egg; then toss in crushed onions. Place pork chops into disposable foil pan.

Tips from French's

Tip: To prepare grill for indirect cooking, arrange coals to one side of grill or turn gas on one side only. Place food on grill away from heat. Close grill.

Variations: Add 2 tsp. chili powder or Italian seasoning to crushed onions before coating chops.
